The host is used for the purpose of performing contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To ensure processing in compliance with data protection law, we have concluded a data processing agreement with our host.

Cookies

Server log files

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on these data without your consent. These data are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Protection against automated spam: To ward off automated spam and abusive submissions, we check the form data you submit exclusively on the server side for typical spam characteristics (including the time of submission and suspicious content). In doing so, no additional data are collected, no cookies are set, no IP address is stored for this purpose and no data are transmitted to third parties (such as external captcha services). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning contact channel free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiries by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on these data without your consent.

5. Newsletter and embedded external content

If you would like to receive the newsletter (in German) offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you. Subscription takes place via the form of an external newsletter service provider; the data entered there are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the "Austragen" (unsubscribe) link in the newsletter. 6. Our social media presences

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X/Twitter). When you visit them, the data protection provisions and terms of use of the respective operator apply. When you visit our social media presences, the respective operator may analyse your user behaviour. The legal basis for our presence is our legitimate interest in an appealing public image (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can assert your rights as a data subject both against us and against the respective operator. No social media plugins, like buttons or tracking pixels are embedded on our website itself; our social media references are simple links.
